This privacy policy explains how Novablox Atelier Sdn Bhd ("Novablox", "we", "us") handles information you provide through the website at novablox.bond and when you sit down with us at the atelier. We are a small business and our use of your information is correspondingly small.
When you send a note through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number (if you provide it) and the message you write. When you sit for a fitting, we record the measurements taken and notes about cloth preferences in a paper notebook that stays in the studio.
The website uses a session cookie to keep your form submission secure and a local-storage entry to remember your cookie banner preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or analytics services that fingerprint your device.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Our website hosting provider in Kuala Lumpur stores the contact-form submissions on our behalf under a written confidentiality undertaking. No other party has access.
Contact-form messages that do not lead to a fitting are deleted within twelve months. Measurement notebooks for active clients are kept indefinitely so that returning clients do not need to be re-measured for unimportant adjustments. You may ask us to destroy your notebook page at any time.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you have the right to ask us what we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, to ask us to delete anything we no longer need, and to withdraw any consent you have previously given. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within fourteen days.
The website is served over HTTPS; submitted form data is held on the server in plain text only as long as needed to reply to it. Our paper notebooks are stored in a locked cabinet at the atelier. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply ordinary, reasonable measures appropriate to the small scale of our business.
The website is not designed for children under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a parent is commissioning a children’s suit, the measurements and notes are kept under the parent’s account.
If this policy changes substantively, we will note the date of revision at the top of the page and (if you are on our journal mailing list) mention the change in the next dispatch.
